Finally, I can share all the details on the new series that I’ve been hinting about! From Publisher’s Marketplace “Deals” announcement:
I’m thrilled to be joining the Bramble team because of the amazing things they’re doing in the Romantasy genre. AND, this reunites me with editor Erika Tsang, who moved to Bramble about a year ago. Some of you might remember that Erika’s been my editor all the way back to my first vampire novel, so if you’ve read and enjoyed my books, know that Erika’s had a hand in nearly all of them.
I’d had pieces of this idea in my head for a couple years, but as I’ve said before, I choose which books to write based on which character is loudest in my mind. Prior to 2023, Bones won, after I finished up with the Night Rebel series. Then, around summer of last year, I couldn’t stop thinking about these new characters, so I started writing their story. As mentioned, this is a new world with different supernatural creatures, new mythos behind those creatures, new magical rules, and secret hidden worlds. Like my vampire novels, however, I follow the same hero and heroine over the course of at least two books, and you can also expect the same level of heat, action, and banter.
Does this mean you’re done writing vampire books?
Absolutely not! I love my fanged ones, so there will definitely be more stories with them. I’m just cheating on them with other creatures right now.
Why is the release date so far away?
That was the publisher’s decision, and they did so in order to give the first book a good launch, which I’m grateful for. Once I have an exact release date and pre-order link, I’ll post it.
When can we have a snippet?
The book is still in revisions, so things could change from the book’s current version to the one that ends up in stores. Once the revisions are finished, I’ll be sure to post some teasers.
Can you give us ANY more hints about the book?
My agent’s tagline in submissions for this book was, “Beauty is the Beast in this compelling blend of romance, sizzling chemistry and high stakes danger.”
Once again, I’ll have more details plus snippets further down the line, but until then, I’m so happy that the news is finally official, and I can’t wait to share this story with you!

Congratulations! I am looking forward to discovering your new characters and their world. I hope you will once again publish/post the deleted scenes. I appreciate your publishers pacing concerns. She is probably right! But once I’ve fallen in love with characters I adore being able to learn more about them.
Outtakes from the Grave is a treat. I absolutely adored Cat and Bones. Your Night Huntress, Night Prince, and Night Rebel series are my favorites.
I am in the middle of your Broken Destiny Series. So I await What Beasts the Night Dream with happy anticipation.
I will read anything you write but I must BEG for the rest of the NH series from BONES’s POV and because I’m greedy I would love hearing the rest of the guys as well. But I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE listening to the NH series and the voice of Bones is absolutely “chef’s kiss 😘 “
