Hi again! If you missed my blog last week, you missed a lot of things because (1) I have new books in a brand-new series coming out, and (2) I held a “Squee” contest about happy secrets. Want to know more about the new books? Go HERE. Want to know who won what in the “happy secret / Squee” contest? Keep reading!
As a reminder, to enter, you had to tell me if you ever had a happy secret that you had to wait to spill. As always, winners were randomly chosen, and there were several prizes. Let’s get to them!
The winner of any “book of their choice” from my backlist is:
Cindi, who said, “So excited for the new book! The only happy secret I can think of is waiting to reveal my pregnancies. That is always a fun secret to reveal to friends and family!”
The winner of a $25 Amazon egift card is:
Raea Davenport, who said, “And a happy secret … I literally can think of nothing. I’m not very good at keeping secrets if it’s good news. 😬🤦🏻♀️🫣”
And the winner of a $50 Amazon egift card is:
Lisa, who said, “I am now lucky enough to work in a bookstore and an author I love was coming to do an event at my store but it wasn’t announced for a long while so I couldn’t tell anyone.
But wait, there are MORE winners!
I also held an identical contest on my newsletter, open to subscribers only. Not on my newsletter yet? Join HERE to get access to exclusive contests, appearance alerts, early snippets, and more! Anyway, to the newsletter contest winners, also chosen at random:
The winner of any “book of their choice” from my backlist is:
Elise Vincent, who said “For the giveaway: for one of my husband’s birthdays, I threw him a surprise birthday party. It was really hard to keep it a secret!”
The winner of a $25 Amazon egift card is:
Jessica, who said, “I can’t think of anything specific to be honest. Nothing that could be considered a secret. I know my stepdad asked my sister and I ahead of time before proposing to my mom. So that’s close enough! Just didn’t apply to me. Lol.”
And the winner of a $50 Amazon egift card is:
Donna Johnson, who said, “One of my coworkers, who was my work “daughter “, was pregnant. She revealed she was having a boy before she told her parents.”
Congrats to all the winners! As usual, I will be contacting you through the email that was attached to your comment and/or that you emailed your entry in on with instructions on how to claim your prize, so be sure to refresh your inbox!
And a reminder–that’s now the ONLY way I contact readers about winning prizes since scammers have created fake “Jeaniene Frost” social media accounts AND fake websites impersonating me to try to trick readers into giving out their credit card info for “shipping.” I NEVER charge readers for shipping, and unless you’re buying a book directly from an author, no reputable author would ever ask for your credit card information AT ALL. So, when in doubt, DON’T give it out.
If you’re wondering which social media accounts are my “official” ones, here they are: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, BookBub, Twitter, and Goodreads.
Congrats again to the winners! To everyone else, sorry you didn’t win, but here’s a cute “How it started / how it’s going.” The pic on top is my Husky when she was only three weeks old, and the one below is Leia now:

We have three German Shepherds. We love dogs. And your Husky looks very content. You must love her a lot.

I am a long time Jeaniene Frost fan.
I just read “Pack” for the first time. I see real potential in this book. and I wish there was more. More character development, more story, more world building. Lots of people have written “wolf” and shape shifter books, but this is the first one I’ve read that capture the emotions of the characters in a way that draws me in, hoping everything will work out for them, that Marlee gets to reconnect with her family, that Daniel understands the needs of his mate to find resolution with her past life. Will they have children? So much material to draw from here. I’d like to see more.
Thank you! Martiza

I am extremely hopeful that you write more of the night prince series. Even telling the story from different POVs such as Vlad, Maximus or Marty.
Jeaniene says
Maybe! Vlad has been speaking up in my head lately. We’ll see where it leads :).
