If I listed the author of every book I’ve ever loved all the way back from childhood, I’d need a separate website to fit them all. So here is a list of authors I currently adore. This shouldn’t suggest that I haven’t read any good books lately from other authors, but again in the interest of space, I’m only listing the ones whose books have really made me say ‘wow’ – or thrown me into an insecurity crisis about the quality of my own writing
